1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using the website and submitting requests, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit requests.

2. Nature of Requests and Availability

Any booking/availability request submitted through the website is a request for information and/or availability. It does not automatically constitute a concluded contract unless and until we confirm the details in accordance with applicable rules.

We may be unable to fulfill a request due to availability, operational constraints, or supplier limitations.

3. Itinerary, Price Estimates, and Accuracy

Any itinerary description, duration, schedules, or price estimates provided on the website are informational and may change. Confirmed terms are those provided to you as part of the contract confirmation process.

We strive for accuracy, but errors can occur. We may correct inaccuracies without liability for consequences that result from such errors, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Distance Contract Information and Language Compliance (UA)

For distance contracts, the trader must disclose specific pre-contract information and provide it in a clear form, including consumer-facing information in Ukrainian. This page is provided to support transparency in the contracting process, including disclosures required for distance contracting under Ukrainian law.

5. Contract Terms Availability (E-commerce)

For e-commerce ordering, you must be able to access contract terms in an easy-to-access place before placing an order.

6. Dispute Resolution, Complaints, and Out-of-Court Options

You can submit complaints to us. If your complaint is not resolved, you may be informed about possible dispute resolution paths, including out-of-court routes.

7. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Operational Disclaimers

If cancellation or rescheduling is required, the applicable conditions will depend on the specific booking/contract confirmation and the relevant terms communicated to you before or at confirmation.

We may need to reschedule or adjust arrangements for reasons beyond our reasonable control (including operational constraints or third-party supplier changes). Any changes will be communicated when possible, and the final scope depends on the confirmed contract terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halveroth and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or from any request that is not confirmed as a contract.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Ukrainian law.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

Processing of personal data generally requires a lawful basis, including consent where applicable, with limited exceptions. We provide appropriate notices and control mechanisms so data subjects can exercise their rights.
